8:40 Labmeta performing Autometa (Live) Autometa is the story of a corporation, a sinister machine that operates upon the people of the city, taking their dreams and hopes, harvesting them and selling them around the world. In a politically unstable landscape what happens when the public uprise? The world of Autometa erupts, forcing a world of the hybrids and dreamy constructions to collide. Produced as a motion graphic film, this work has been performed at many media festivals across europe such as mapping, sonar and urban artforms. More recently released as an audiovisual single on the DVD label Lightryhtymvisuals. |

9:40 Ben Sheppee peforming av∞ion The av∞ion performance explores several themes relevant to modern society; discretely raising concerns and posing solutions through a three screen audiovisual installation. Melodical, statistical designs are set to an intelligent soundscape of live guitar and modern electronica ranging from Brazilian electronica to classical drum and bass. Designed by Ben Sheppee (Founder of Lightrhythm Visuals), and scored by audiophile Fred Moth - this is the premier performance of this dynamic new unit. |
